A Cortado is a delicious espresso drink that comes straight from Spain! The name literally means 'cut' - and when you order one, it arrives perfectly crafted with equal amounts of double-shot espresso and steamed milk. Nothing more, nothing less - so regardless of how much Spanish knowledge you have; ordering a cortado gives your taste buds the assurance they need!

Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 ounces milk
Directions:
- Grind coffee beans and use an espresso machine to extract 2 shots of espresso into a small cup
- Froth 4 ounces of lightly textured milk, but you’ll only use 2 since steaming less than 4 ounces is difficult without burning it.
- Pour 2 ounces of milk into your cup with espresso.
